My story began in the glaring divide between potential and reality, where the dreams of my youth clashed with the starkness of my daily existence.

Fresh out of high school, loaded with ambition yet adrift, I found myself ensnared in the relentless cycle of manual labor, my dreams seemingly buried as deep as the trenches I dug under the unforgiving sun after losing a full ride opportunity to college

and having no idea what I wanted to be or do in life...

Then, as if fate intervened, a call from Walmart's home office beckoned.

How they discovered me remains a mystery....

I never applied for this job... there is a part of me retrospectively that sill believes this was Gods work at hand.

The mere thought of escaping the physical toll of my job ignited a flicker of hope within me.

That night, as I ventured into the sprawling data centers of Walmart's headquarters, a mix of awe and palpable unpreparedness washed over me.

Surrounded by the buzz of technology, I felt utterly out of place, my lack qualification glaring back at me.

Yet, in that sea of uncertainty, my relentless curiosity and eagerness to learn shone brightly.

My barrage of questions, fueled by a genuine desire to understand and grow, somehow tipped the scales in my favor.

Against all odds, I landed the job!

This marked the beginning of a relentless journey towards self-improvement.

Despite my initial struggles, my resolve never wavered.

I was determined to bridge the gap between my current self and the potential I knew I harbored.

My ascent from an unqualified newcomer to a Senior Systems Engineer at Walmart is a testament to this determination.

But the corporate world was merely a chapter, not the climax of my story.

The entrepreneurial fire within me refused to be quenched.

My exploration of various ventures was a testament to this burning desire.

It was during a moment of reflection on a family vacation that my true path became crystal clear—I was to build a digital marketing agency from scratch, dedicating myself to it with unwavering focus.

Elite Results Marketing was the culmination of this journey.

Yet, the path was strewn with trials: near bankruptcy amid a global crisis (COVID), the dissolution of a business partnership with another agency that I had help to grow from nearly 0 to over 120K/m left with nothing to show for it.

Personal losses of 2 children late in pregnancy that nearly broke me and my wife's faith.

Testing the very fiber of my being, and a descent into alcoholism to numb the pain.

My life, both personal and professional, seemed to spiral uncontrollably.

My body suffered...

My marriage suffered...

My business suffered... as we bled 20-30K a month struggling to keep the team we had built...

watching our savings being depleted after the highs of scaling our agency to over 100K a month.

It was in my darkest hour, faced with the ruins of my life, that the most profound transformation began.

Embarking on a journey of reconstruction, I founded EROS—embodying Body, Being, Balance, and Business from the philosophies of warrior, paired with the processes, systems and leadership from nearly a decade of reading, listening, and paying for coaching and counseling...

To bring to bear a system for local business owners and agency owners.

At first just for me... becoming a philosophy that illuminated my path out of the darkness.
